HDG / COMPANY & PRODUCT

Workflow JSON schema.

Documented import/export format for the public Workflow Studio preview.

Schema version 1

Workflow files use a top-level version, human-readable name and an ordered array of steps. Each step stores type, label and configuration notes. Import accepts up to 100 steps and validates all supported types.

{ "version": 1, "name": "Lead processing pipeline", "steps": [ {"id": "step-1", "type": "trigger", "label": "New lead", "config": "form.submit"}, {"id": "step-2", "type": "output", "label": "Prepare handoff", "config": "format:json"} ] }

Supported step types

01 / CAPABILITY

trigger

A declared starting event.

02 / CAPABILITY

condition

A documented logical check. Not evaluated against live user input.

03 / CAPABILITY

action

A named operation for review and planning.

04 / CAPABILITY

output

A declared result or handoff.

Scope and limitations

Simulation is a deterministic presentation of steps. It does not execute code, make API requests, evaluate real business conditions, or call AI models. JSON imports are validated and rekeyed locally.
