Shipping a verifiable static product on Cloudflare Pages

The concrete deployment, versioned assets, DNS and rollback discipline behind the HDGroup website.

What is live now

The public corporate website is deployed to Cloudflare Pages with versioned CSS and JavaScript assets. The canonical host is HTTPS without www; Cloudflare Redirect Rules normalize HTTP and www requests.

The domain also has business email hosted separately. Web delivery DNS changes do not require changing MX records or transferring email to the frontend platform.

Why versioned assets matter

A website can render a broken layout when an updated HTML document references an old stylesheet still cached by a CDN. A unique asset filename per release makes immutable caching safe and avoids relying on emergency cache purges.

During a release, verify HTML, stylesheet and JavaScript hashes; check the actual rendered page in a browser at both desktop and mobile widths. An HTTP 200 alone does not prove correct styling.

A release gate worth keeping

Deploy staging first, validate links and app actions, inspect console and network failures, then attach the production domain or promote the deployment. Maintain a rollback path to the previous known-good Pages deployment.

Keep domain TXT/MX and unrelated subdomains unchanged. Preserve existing offsite backups as a separate concern from static Pages deployment.

What remains future work

Pages hosts this static product surface, not a live AI model backend. Workers AI, D1, R2, queues, authenticated accounts and multi-tenant workflows may be evaluated as product needs mature.

Accuracy about shipped components makes the technical portfolio more credible than a list of unimplemented cloud features.
